Cancellation Policy

What happens if you have to cancel your homestay or day trip

• To receive a full refund, guests must cancel within 48 hours of booking, and the cancellation must occur at least 14 days before check-in or day trip
• If they cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in/daytrip, guests will be entitled to a 50% refund.
• If guests cancel after that, or the reservation occurs less than 14 days before check in/daytrip, all reservations are non refundable.

What happens in case of bad weather, flooding or drought

Being located in the middle of Paranà River, access to the island might be limited by adverse weather conditions or by the natural rise of the water.

In case of impossibility to travel to the island, the trip can be rescheduled or refunded depending of the availability of the guest.
